Our “Month Of” Package is the perfect package for the client who is looking for us to wrap up the last minute details and put a big pretty bow on top of your very special and carefully coordinated day! We will be with you through every step of the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception so that you and your families can relax and enjoy such a joyous occasion without stress or worry.

Some of the services that are included in The Coordinator Package:

• Management of Wedding Day Timeline and Vendor Delivery and Set-Up Schedule
• Review all signed contracts and remain in constant communication with contracted vendors
• Provide client with all pertinent information regarding marriage license and name changing
• Attend, direct and coordinate the rehearsal at the ceremony site
• Arrive at least two hours before the ceremony and remain until the last guest leaves
• Meet all industry professionals at the ceremony and reception site for deliveries, set up and direction
• Distribute any remaining payments to industry professionals if needed
• Supervise, direct and coordinate all ceremony and reception details
• Ensure that every member of your family and bridal party are ready to walk down the aisle
• Supervise loading of all gifts, personal items, and remaining cake into designated car

• Development and Management of Wedding Budget and Planning Timeline
• Recommendation and research of quality industry professionals that fit your style, budget, and availability
• Six appointments with chosen or prospective industry professionals. These meetings could include but are not limited to your Reception Site, Ceremony Site, Gown Designer, Photographer, Videographer, Florist, Caterer, Entertainment and Bakery
• Provide direction and guidance for wedding stationery and etiquette
• Discuss hotel accommodation options for out of town guests

The team of professionals are with you every step of the way, advising, assuring and providing a sounding board for your wedding day vision. We bring creative ideas to the table, and expertly manage the process of securing your venue, referring reputable suppliers, organizing rentals, and working with vendors to bring your vision to life.

The Designer Package provides guidance and creative direction to the client that wants to give her guests a truly unique experience. We use our creative expertise, fun color palettes, and fresh ideas to create an event that cohesively represents your personality and style.

The services provided for The Designer Package include all the perks of Planner Package plus…

• Unlimited appointments with chosen and prospective industry professionals. These meetings could include but are not limited to your Reception Site, Ceremony Site, Gown Designer, Photographer, Videographer, Florist, Caterer, Entertainment, and Bakery
• Unlimited access via phone or e-mail during the planning process
• Attend and assist with the bridal portrait session if needed
• Negotiation and management of hotel accommodations for guests
• We will assemble, stuff, stamp, mail, and deliver any and all wedding stationery as well as manage your RSVP’s and guest list which you will receive weekly updates in a user- friendly spreadsheet (postage and calligraphy is not included)
• Research locations and develop theme options for the rehearsal dinner
